What if I do not agree with a decision?

If you are not happy about something, there are several ways in which these could be resolved.

Talking a problem through

It is always best to try to resolve a problem by talking to the professional or organisation concerned.

You can arrange a time to meet – either face-to-face, over the phone or virtually – so you can share your concerns and your viewpoint. This meeting will also enable the professional or organisation to share their point of view.

By going through this process, you will hopefully be able to come to an agreement or compromise.
